Function/Overview:
The Superintendent drives the project field to results. The tone, atmosphere, morale, and pulse of the project are determined by the leadership of the project superintendent. The project site is under the care and custody of the superintendent 24 hours a day/7-days a week. The successful Superintendent must accept responsibility for the field results.
Performance Expectation
The Superintendent is responsible for all field activities, including subcontractors, vendors, TCC tradesmen, and inspectors. Field momentum is a direct result of leadership, commitment to deadlines, adaptiveness, proactive planning, trade coordination, problem-solving, effective communication, setting expectations, influence, along with strong relationships. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring we maintain or exceed our objectives for schedule, quality control, safety, and relationships with client groups and partnerships. Physical Demands:
This office position requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary. Involves walking, effective communication, listening, using hands to operate office equipment. Vision abilities required for computer work, reading, writing, typing, data entry and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may be required to push, pull, lift and /or carry up to 20 pounds; attempt no greater weight without assistance. The noise level in the work environment is an active open office.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
