What You Will Do
- Manage all aspects of email marketing campaigns for advertisers, including campaign and creative development, segmentation, deployment and performance analysis.
- Set up an A/B testing plan to optimize the email marketing program for Marketing Science.
- Collect feedback from Advertisers and track Advertiser behavior change that results from the program.
- Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
- Develop a close relationship with TikTok's measurement product organization to better enable advertisers and agencies to adopt measurement solutions
- Develop education sessions and collateral for internal sales teams, advertisers and agencies on marketing and measurement best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with B2B clients.
- Experience reporting on email performance and recommending tests for optimization.
- Experience working within an email service provider (i.e. Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree's in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- Track record of operating independently and proactively identifying opportunities to help meet the goals of the team and broader organization
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
