About the Team
The mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. The FSSC team consists of corporate financial services such as accounts payable, travel and expense, and cash management. We are currently looking for a driven and meticulous Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
1. To ensure accurate and timely cash management activities, including daily treasury payments, bank guarantee insurance, funding arrangement, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, monthly closing, etc.
2. To provide support for internal treasury-related inquiries daily.
3. To provide support for internal and external audit requests.
4. To assist in optimizing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and the treasury management system.
5. To assist in industry/regional research, project research, and provide timely and effective responses to the China HQ team.
6. To assist in treasury management activities analysis and ensure accurate output to the China HQ team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years of experience in treasury
2. 3 years of experience in direct cash management preferably at a technology or Internet company.
3. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant systems technology and experience using Online Banking of international banks and bank-enterprise direct connection platform.
4. High oral, written, reading and listening proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system use, technical documents and frequent communication with Chinese stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.
2. Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.
3. Good interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges.
5. Experience of local tax payments processing is preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $121600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
