About the Team
The PMO (Project Management Office) team develops strategy, connects cross-functional business initiatives, and creates and optimizes processes for efficiency and innovation. PMOs within our team manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, provide insightful data-backed oversight, and serve as key strategic partners to the TikTok JV leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership and Alignment : Champion multiple complex projects simultaneously, driving alignment among PMOs and business leaders to ensure cohesive goals, plans, and deliverables across global teams. Collaborate on project scope definition and performance criteria to align deliverables with business strategy.
- Project Tracking & Documentation: Own end-to-end project timelines, maintain a master project calendar, manage work-back schedules, document meetings, and track key project artifacts.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and proactively address potential blockers, risks, and dependencies before they impact delivery.
- Strategic Prioritization: Prioritize workloads strategically and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture relationships across the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and select external stakeholders.
- Calendar and Logistics Management: Serve as the primary Executive Assistant by managing a complex global calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating all logistics to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day engagements are handled seamlessly.
- Process Improvement: Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to improve existing processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project management or program management roles within fast-paced organizations.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
- Strong calendar management experience, including managing complex global calendars and working across different cultures and time zones.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and align multiple stakeholders toward shared outcomes with flawless execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large, complex global organizations or technology companies.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks).
- International or multi-regional project management experience.
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $202667 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
