Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize operation, moderation quality and policy effectiveness.
Utilize quality management tools to identify and address inefficiencies in moderation policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality moderation delivery, conduct risk inspections, and refine/align moderation standard, strategies, processes and policies.
Collect and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights.
Validate and implement rejection labels and manage moderation penalties based on data analysis.
Deeply understand and manage Seller, Listing, Content, and/or Intellectual Property Rights moderation guidelines.
Lead small to medium-scale projects aimed at enhancing moderation efficiency and quality.
Participate in large-scale projects to identify opportunities for operation optimization and provide business requirements.
Develop training materials and support moderation teams.
Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.
Ensure that moderation practices comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications

Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Identifying business problems and proposing growth opportunities with data-driven insights;
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration and deliver strategic business outcomes;
Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents;
Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product or project planning;
Automating data reports and performing quality review; and
Using SQL to query on large data sets.
Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129960 - $246240 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
