E-commerce's Business Creator Operations Team is responsible for incubating both merchants and creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The primary focus of this role is to drive the success of a specific sector of merchants through mid-funnel creator affiliate engagement. You will formulate, execute and optimize targeted creator programs through data analytics, affiliate product adoption and scaled creator management.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize scaled creator growth strategies to motivate creator affiliate commerce activity for a specific sector of merchants.
- Leverage communication channels to refine mechanisms for increasing creator engagement and simultaneously build merchant and program trust.
- Develop strategies and insights to target and incubate new creators for program activation to strengthen merchant footprint through communities and brand partnerships.
- Analyze affiliate creator data to provide key insights to stakeholders regarding product penetration, creator performance and growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3 years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations.
- Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects.
- Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills.
- Mixed experience working with merchants and teams who operate globally.
- Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming.
- Knowledge with community management tools, software and automation.
