Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Supervise staff during service periods, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct training for new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to coordinate service flow and address guest feedback.
- Oversee banquet operations when required, ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
- Strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management preferred.
