You’re calm under pressure, patient with busy brains, and have a good sense of humor.Maintain order within the company, manage the office, and keep the Owner from forgetting something important—this job is basically your Olympics.What You’ll Do Operations manager / Executive Assistant rolesDuties will include, but not limited to:Keeping business files organized and current,Xero / Quickbooks / or other accounting software,Scheduling,Profit and Loss Reports,Payroll,( Gusto )New hire management (employee search, interviews, and onboarding),Document preparation (Google Sheets)Inventory managementPermitting/InspectionsVendor correspondenceMaterial ordering and shippingBusiness Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)Company website management (Wix)Creating new customer and employee files (electronic and hard copy files)Business vehicle maintenance recordsBusiness insurance (workers' compensation, liability, employee driving) currentAssisting the Owner with day-to-day operationsPurchasingpaying invoicesEstimating (Checking Spreadsheet Numbers )Ordering materialscreate and work with Excel spreadsheetsMake travel arrangementsNew product procurementETCQualified Candidates should have some construction knowledge. In addition, it would be a plus if candidates had some experience with Bluebeam or other take-off software.
