Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the car wash process
- Help them understand our Wash Clubs and what they entail.
- Guide customers onto the conveyor correctly.
- Ensure the customer knows the rules of riding through the tunnel.
- Keep the site inside and out clean.
- Provide top-notch customer service throughout the car washing experience
- Sale club memberships at pay stations to customers and make sure they understand what they entail.
- know how to use computer system in lobby for various purchases and other things.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Experience in custodial duties is beneficial
