Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
