Apply today! 🌍Location: El Salvador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panamá Job Purpose: Lead the design and delivery of financial technology solutions that drive performance, efficiency, and standardization across the organization. Own the end-to-end financial systems architecture, from design and implementation to continuous improvement. Support key systems for Planning and Budgeting (Oracle PBCS), Consolidation (FCCS),Regulatory compliance (IFRS, SOX), and management reporting. Role is responsible for: Maintains cutting-edge knowledge and understanding of: Enterprise Performanace Management solutions (Oracle ARCs, PBCS, FCCS Data Management, and Insight Software); Business intelligence-related technologies; and, business processes. Works collaboratively with business stakeholders, technology leadership, product experts, and third parties to ensure appropriate direction exists within an integrated solution strategy and implementation execution Actively mentor and coach peers and staff on financial technology development, best practices, Finance Transformation mission, and strategy, focused on technology platforms. Develop planning and budgeting prototypes using available technologies and perform proof-of-concept builds to support new business needs, improved customer experience, and continuous improvement of the solutions supported.
