We are a value-based company looking to hire an Administrator for a family-run, locally owned, fast growing painting company. The Job

We offer a competitive wage of $60,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience) with aggressive perfomance bonuses, for the right fit. We also provide a paid vacation and reward people who perform well. (90% of our staff received a raise last year)

We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record in phone skills; scheduling; and administration for at least 2 years, preferably in the trades.

We are looking for an individual with these Skill Sets

• Care--Someone who genuinely cares about other people and is a person of great character
• Highly Detailed—You would be responsible for entry in our CRM and scheduling software
• Great with people and excellent phone skills—You would be responsible for all the scheduling and interacting with customers on the phone/email and text.
• Team player—We all know people who are difficult to work with. If this is you this is not the position for you. However, if you could work well with our Production Manager, Sales Manager and the Owner of the Company you might be the person we are looking for.Customer Service and Communication skills
• Goal Oriented with a high motor for accomplishment
• Organization/Administration skills

What are primary responsibilities of the job

• Take care of customers with amazing levels of service
• Answer the company phone and set-up appointments for our bidding team
• Manage our CRM (M.com). Entering all information into our CRM from interactions with our Production Manager
• Schedule all new customers to one of our amazing crew leaders
• Attend a weekly meeting with the management team
• Lead and coach multiple crews
• Manage all KPI's

**Must live in Central Oregon to attend weekly management meeting in La Pine, and when needed.
