We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team for weekend Airbnb turnovers. This is a part-time, W-2 position perfect for those looking for consistent weekend hours and competitive pay.
You will be responsible for servicing two properties per day on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring they are immaculate and ready for arriving guests.
Position Details:
Pay: $20.00 per hourwith advancement up to 23 per hour
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Hours: Start time is strictly 10:00 AM (Quick turnover turnaround required)
Status: W-2 Employee (Not a 1099 contractor)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strict Time Tracking: Must clock in and out accurately for every shift.
Task List Compliance: Follow a detailed, provided checklist for each property to ensure high standards.
Quality Assurance: Take and submit photos at the end of the shift to verify completed work.
Comprehensive Cleaning: Full interior cleaning, plus deck and grill care as part of the standard property maintenance.
Note: You do not have to handle linen washing/changing, as this service is managed separately.
What We Are Looking For:
High attention to detail and efficiency (Airbnb turnovers move fast!).
Reliability and punctual attendance at 10:00 AM.
Smartphone capability to check tasks, clock in/out, and submit end-of-shift photos.
