We are hiring part-time Lifeguards at Broward College’s premier outdoor facility in Dania Beach.
- Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 / hour
- Part-time: Typically between 15-25 hours each week, max of 30. Great for students!
- Flexibility: We work around school and other job schedules with advance notice
- Training: Red Cross Lifeguarding certification is preferred, but training is available for the right candidates.
- Age: 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Swimming: Must meet American Red Cross basic lifeguarding prerequisites
- Environment: Must be comfortable working in a natural lake/dark water setting.
- Safety: Monitor hazards, enforce safety protocols, and respond to emergencies
- Guest Service: Interact professionally with guests of all ages.
- Operations: Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
Gain unique experience in a dynamic outdoor setting. As you develop specialized skills (like ropes course guide and facilitation), you can qualify for higher-paying shifts ranging from $25 – $30 per hour.
