We specialize in the installation and monitoring of security, fire protection, access control and surveillance systems. About the role:
A low voltage technician for installation of residential and commercial security systems along with fire, access control and video surveillance systems. Installation jobs require running of wires, hooking up devices, system programming and end user interaction/education. Technicians will need to be able to communicate with other technicians, customers, customer support reps, and can manage their time and workday schedule.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinating with techs on daily schedule
· Communication between office, techs and customers
· Receiving and processing calls for scheduling
· Monitoring and tracking fleet vehicles to maximize workflow
· Maintaining records and detailed notes
· Processing Work Orders
Candidate requirements:
· Minimum 1-year low voltage experience preferred (not required)
· Valid Driver’s License – daily travel in company vehicle is required
· Background checks and Driving record required
· Weekend on-call support rotation required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
