We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Guest Services Associate who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do
As the first impression of Tiger Run Resort, you’ll play a vital role in creating an outstanding guest experience by:
- Welcoming owners and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Answering phones and responding to emails professionally
- Making reservations and updating guest information
- Assisting guests with resort amenities, local recommendations, and general information
- Accepting and organizing package deliveries
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front office
