Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 p.a.

Tiger is partnered with a global communications agency that is looking for a People Team Business Partner to support their U.S. offices. We are looking for candidates who have worked in a multi-state environment and have a well-rounded background in human resources. Experience with recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and people strategies are a must. This role requires four days a week in the office. All candidates must come from marketing, public relations, or communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives
- Support HR systems rollouts
- Drive operational excellence across people processes, payroll, and HR administration
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Resolve complex employee relations cases
- Coach managers on performance
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent onboarding experience
- Lead performance review cycles
- Support succession planning
- Support compensation and benefits design and administration
- Oversee and contribute to payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead and support organizational change
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with New York, California, and Florida
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partner role within communications, marketing or PR
- Proven expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations
- Demonstrated experience managing complex ER cases
- Experience with HR systems implementation, ideally Sage People
- Strong working knowledge of US employment law (California, Florida, NYC preferred)
- Experience managing or supporting payroll processes
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
