Plumbing Service Technician

Position: Service Plumber
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Saturday rotation
Pay Range: $52,000-$85,000.00

The Service Plumber will provide expert plumbing services to residential and light commercial clients. This role requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and system failures.

2. Install and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, water heaters, and piping systems.

3. Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential issues or inefficiencies.

4. Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for projects.

5. Educate customers on preventive maintenance and product features.

6. Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes.

7. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.

8. Document all work performed and communicate updates with team and customers.

9. Uphold Tiger’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in residential installation, repair, and service of sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and water filtration systems.
• 2 years experience determining layouts for plumbing and plumbing-related materials, knowledge of correct pipe fixtures/sizes, locating positions for connections and fixtures, assembling/installing valves and fittings
• 2 years experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing equipment/issues.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions and environments.
