Plumbing Service Technician

Due to our expansive growth, we are hiring Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Drain Technicians in the Metro East, Collinsville, Springfield, Decatur, Champaign, Bloomington, and Peoria areas to join the team!

Pay Range: $32-$40 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, heating, cooling, electrical and other related in-home, service calls
• Thoroughly inspect the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical equipment and diagnose any problems with their systems
• Make decisions pertaining to the homeowners' needs using the hands-on, instructed training that we provide to you
• Recommend the appropriate products and services, and explain their benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately
• Build rapport with the customer to establish trust in your sales recommendations
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
• Facilitate more comfortable homes while providing premium service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electric
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to work individually and in teams
• Can lift up to 50 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), carry ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces
