Experienced Electrician

The Experienced Electrician will be responsible for selling and performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to sell and repair scope of work with close attention to customer service and overall satisfaction.

Pay: Hourly, $23.00-$37.00 plus competitive tiered incentive plan

Schedule: Monday- Friday with one weekend per month availability as business needs.

Company Vehicle and gas card provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Installations: Safely install and connect wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components as required for new construction, remodels, or repairs.
• Customer Sales & Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of the services performed with recommendations and estimates for system improvements or repairs.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including troubleshooting faulty systems, wiring, and appliances.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent issues, ensuring safety and compliance with building codes.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of the services performed and recommendations for system improvements or repairs.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain records of inspections, work completed, and materials used.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of residential service electrician experience working under the guidance of a lead electrician
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in tight spaces or elevated areas.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Experience:

• Sales: Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience including creating estimates and closing jobs.
• Proven experience installing, repairing, or maintaining whole home or commercial generator systems.
• Intermediate knowledge/use of industry-standard software (i.e., ServiceTitan, or other related systems)
