Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: From $18/hour Bonus/Commission
Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, with rotating weekends

What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service needs
- Schedule appointments and provide service information
- Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
- Make outbound calls for scheduling and maintenance
- Promote services and memberships
- Update customer information and notes in the system
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service, call center, or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with computers and typing
- Detail-oriented and dependable
