Are you an enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented and don’t mind working on your own, then this is the job for you! Tiger Home Inspection currently has a position available in our Customer Service Department. Tiger Home Inspection is a leader in providing quality home inspection services. This is a Part Time night and weekend position. Responsibilities include answering high call volume, scheduling appointments, customer inquiries, customer complaints, sales, and all phases of customer service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Telephone skills
- Able to multi task
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with clients and co-workers.
- Basic knowledge of the geography of Massachusetts and Rhode Island helpful but not required
- Training during the weekdays are preferred and flexiable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
