Tiger Group Inc. is actively searching for experienced Home Inspectors for Inspector leadership positions. We have opportunities for Inspection Managers and Team Leaders. Specifically, Tiger is looking for full-time, experienced Connecticut Licensed Home Inspectors with management experience or an interest in expanding their careers to managing and training other inspectors and collaborating on growth and strategy as a management team member. We have multiple regional positions open statewide.

Position Details:
- Reduced inspection schedule to allow focus on leadership and management.
- Provide initial and ongoing training and mentorship to inspectors.
- Collaborate with the management team on growth, strategy, and implementation of our core values.
- Build industry relationships by participating in presentations, networking events, and outreach activities with our Business Development team.
- Position requires 5 years of experience as a Licensed Home Inspector.
