Tiger Express Wash is looking for a dependable, driven, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our car wash location. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to work hard, grow with us, and make an impact on our team and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily operations and overall management of the car wash
- Manage, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Sell and promote fast pass memberships to drive business and customer retention
- Build relationships with customers to create a welcoming, loyal environment
- Learn and perform basic maintenance and mechanical tasks on equipment
- Ensure the site remains clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Open and/or close the store as needed
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment performance
- Enforce company standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Open availability, including weekends and some holidays
- Able to work 35 hours per week
- Willingness to learn maintenance and mechanical aspects of car wash equipment
- Previous supervisory or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with selling services, especially recurring memberships
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work in outdoor conditions
