Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

Tiger Express Wash is looking for a dependable, driven, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our car wash location. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to work hard, grow with us, and make an impact on our team and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily operations and overall management of the car wash
• Manage, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Sell and promote fast pass memberships to drive business and customer retention
• Build relationships with customers to create a welcoming, loyal environment
• Learn and perform basic maintenance and mechanical tasks on equipment
• Ensure the site remains clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Open and/or close the store as needed
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment performance
• Enforce company standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Open availability, including weekends and some holidays
• Able to work 35 hours per week
• Willingness to learn maintenance and mechanical aspects of car wash equipment
• Previous supervisory or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with selling services, especially recurring memberships
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions

Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
