Employment Type: Full time (8 am - 4:30 pm, M-F, flexibility to shift as needed to support)

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Warehouse Management

o    Oversee and supervise warehouse operations in NA 

o    Manage processes and inventory for third party warehouses

o    Ensure availability of adequate warehouse resources  

Management of Raw Materials

o    Oversee storing and handling of raw materials, packaging supplies, PPL (post production leftover) and bases.

Audit Services

o    Conduct routine audits of operations and processes at all plants 

Customer Experience

o    Ensure employees have clarity of customer expectation as it relates to Warehouse

o    Ensures development and implementation of activities to support a positive customer experience as it relates to Warehouse issues

o    Ensure efficiency of Warehouse process flow and co-ordination between teams and develop procedures as required 

Senior Leadership

o    Participate as a member of the SOLT Leadership Team

o    View, support and communicate continuous improvement opportunities for NAFTA region value chain as they relate to Warehouse

o    Show visible leadership and act as an ambassador for TIGER and NAFTA Region with all stakeholders

People Leadership

o    Conducts interviews for new employees

o    Co-ordinates onboarding

o    Provides ongoing learning & development opportunities for team

o    Personally coaches team

o    Manages performance of team

o    Provides recognition

o    Provides timely communication

o    Provides employee relations services

o    Implements human resource requirements

o    Conducts regular staff meetings

o    Ensures a healthy & Safe work environment and conducts regular meetings with supervisors

Qualifications

Education

• Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or equivalent relevant experience preferred 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse supervisory role 

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Experience supervising and managing operations in a multi-site environment 
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact 
• Exposure to a variety of employee relation issues 
• Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
• Position based in the U.S. with travel required within the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe
