Position Overview
Tiger Group is currently conducting a search for an Administrative Assistant in our Boston office to support our Business Development Officers (BDO’s) and Senior Operations Manager. The Administrative Assistant plays a vital part in the team's daily operations.
We are seeking a bright, energetic, detailed oriented person that is willing to grow with our company. The candidate must have a great attitude and a desire to learn. The Administrative Assistant will work closely alongside the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:
· CRM support and maintenance (Dynamics 365 and HubSpot)
· Process expense reports in Concur
· Prepare and distribute pipeline reports
· Ordering office snacks and stocking
· Create engagement letters
· Assist with event planning
· Arrange travel, calendars, and meeting coordination
· Ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
· 1 to 3 years of work experience relevant to the position
· Proficiency in PC Skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe programs)
· Success with maintaining databases
· Business background preferred
· A strong multi-tasker, extremely thorough and detail oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience
· Positive, can-do attitude
· Ability to work independently
· Can pick up tasks normally handled by other members of the team.
· Able to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
