Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers
- Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
- Maintain ATS systems, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and assist them in talent activities
- Create partnerships with employees and contractors
Requirements
- Please note this is a 3-4 days a week onsite role in Beaverton, OR. No relocation benefits are available for this role at this time.
- 2-4 years of work experience as a Technology Recruiter
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to coordinate and work with internal teams.
- Experience working for a consulting company with global operations highly preferred (US, India)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Google platform
- Pro-active and self-motivated; can work with limited supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, personable and positive
- Work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship required
