Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Support the design of technical solutions and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and assist development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improving financial operations and processes
- 6-10 years of Business Analyst experience with a strong background in banking and finance.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and effective business interaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related or business field
