We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the modernization of enterprise reporting, drive migration to modern BI platforms, and embed agentic AI workflows into business intelligence solutions. Requirements
- Design, build, and implement enterprise-grade BI and reporting solutions on modern platforms
- Lead migration initiatives from legacy BI tools to modern cloud-based analytics environments
- Architect and embed agentic AI workflows to automate reporting, insights generation, and decision-making processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations using AWS services
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (PBI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Ensure data governance, security, and best practices across BI and AI implementations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on modern BI and agentic AI adoption
- 7 years of relevant experience in BI, data analytics, and/or AI-driven solutions engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and implementation
- Proficiency in AWS (cloud infrastructure, data services, deployment)
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (PBI) - dashboarding, DAX, data modeling
- Proven experience in BI modernization and migration projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise reporting architecture
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with IBM Cognos
- Experience with Alteryx (data preparation/ETL)
