Position: Front of House Bar and Cashier

As a member of our FOH Bar and Cashier Staff, you'll be the face of Tigawok, providing friendly and efficient service to our valued customers. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. No prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must.

Position: Back of House

Our Back of House staff plays a vital role in delivering delicious meals to our customers. If you have a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this role is for you. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, assembly, dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This is an essential position that ensures our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required; we're willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for culinary excellence.

Position: Shift Lead

Our Shift Lead position is ideal for those with strong leadership skills and a strength in multitasking. As a Shift Lead, you'll oversee the operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring that service runs smoothly, staff are properly trained, and customer satisfaction is maintained. You'll also assist with opening and closing duties, handle customer inquiries and issues, and provide support to the management team as needed. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.

Position: Assistant Manager

Are you a natural leader with a knack for problem-solving and team management? Our Assistant Manager position might be the perfect fit for you. As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations, provide exceptional customer service, train and motivate staff, and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
