• Support loan processing activities by collecting necessary documentation and verifying customer information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Maintain knowledge of retail math principles to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and transaction totals skills
• Experience is a plus but we will train
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain products and answer customer questions.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise while delivering outstanding service in a lively retail setting!
