What You'll Do
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment throughout the facility. You'll coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems and equipment
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Knowledge of safety practices, maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies
- Commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
