Responsibilities
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate, play‑based lesson plans aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards
- Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe, document, and support each child’s developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Collaborate with coworkers to plan activities, share ideas, and maintain consistency across classrooms
- Follow daily routines that support learning, independence, and smooth transitions
- Model positive behavior and guide children using developmentally appropriate practices
- Maintain licensing standards, health and safety procedures, and center policies
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture and support the center’s mission and values
Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
