What You'll Do
- Build relationships with local businesses in your assigned territory.
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers.
- Educate employers and employees on available workplace benefit programs.
- Conduct employee benefit enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients.
- Develop referral relationships that generate new business.
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training.
- Work toward personal production and leadership goals.
