What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Tiffany Construction Company?
We are looking for a Estimator to join our estimating team. This role will help us prepare and submit competitive and accurate bids, as well as providing support to the project teams throughout the construction process.
We are looking for someone that has an understanding of reading project specifications, project plans, can work with private and public owners, can work within a team, an understanding of standard civil construction means and methods, how to estimate civil projects, how to manage projects, including billing, cost/budget management, schedule tracking, value engineering and material procurement.
