Bankruptcy Attorney – Kentucky & West Virginia
Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is a growing national law firm dedicated to excellence in legal services. Our Financial Services Central Division is seeking a motivated Bankruptcy Attorney licensed in Kentucky and West Virginia to join our creditors' rights practice. Admission in Ohio and/or Indiana is a plus. Experience: 1–5 years Responsibilities: • Represent secured creditors at bankruptcy hearings throughout Kentucky and West Virginia • Manage a high-volume caseload • Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents • Collaborate with and help coordinate legal support staff Qualifications: • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • Licensed to practice in Kentucky and West Virginia (Ohio and/or Indiana is a plus) • Admitted to applicable U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts • 1–5 years of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, foreclosure, and/or real estate law experience • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management abilities • Knowledge of secured creditor bankruptcy matters and FDCPA preferred • Willingness to travel for court appearances and maintain reliable transportation What We Offer • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Flexible spending accounts • Short- and long-term disability coverage • Company-paid life insurance • 401(k) program • Business casual work environment • Gym access • Deli access Tiffany & Bosco is an Equal Opportunity Employer and conducts background checks and drug testing as part of the hiring process.
