Tierra Mia Coffee Company is a specialty coffee retailer and roaster that operates sixteen locations in California. The company opened its first coffeehouse in March 2008 in the city of South Gate at the intersection of Firestone Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard.
TMC is hiring for barista positions for our New Pasadena location. Experience in coffee is not required, although an interest and passion for coffee and customer service is appreciated. Tierra Mia Coffee provides flexible hours and shifts throughout the day.
Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Multitasking, Efficient Communication Skills
Maintain a positive, fun work environment.
Cash handling
Preparation of hot and cold beverages
Cleaning of work areas, dishes, lobby, patio
Base preparation
No experience required. However, an interest for coffee and learning more about it is appreciated.
We provide training.
Job Type: Part-time, 4-6 days/week, 20-35hrs/week
