In this role you will have the opportunity to act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment while escalating urgent issues appropriately to senior staff. An understanding of your role as it relates to the functioning of day-to-day operations will also be critical.

The schedule will be as follows: (rotating shift)

It’s important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.
Pay Range $17.72 - $26.58

- Thursday - Saturday, 7:00pm-7:00am
- Thursday - Sunday, 7:00pm-7:00am
- Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Coordinates meetings between different departments internally as well as external meetings
- Responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor security cameras
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to use good judgment and decision-making skills
- Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to work both independently and with others
- Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
- Prior experience particularly in the data center industry
- High School degree or experience in a customer service/help desk environment.
- Data Center Operations environment.
- Shift Work:
- Availability for on-call duties and occasional shift work, including nights and weekends, as required by the data center’s operational needs.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in controlled environments and handle physical tasks such as lifting hardware or navigating confined spaces.
