We are looking for an IT Solutions Engineer responsible for bringing technology solutions to life from initial conversations through long-term support. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, with direct involvement in discovery sessions, solution design, proof of concepts, implementation, and ongoing technical advisement and support.
Every engagement is different, giving exposure to new challenges, technologies, and industries while making a real impact on how customers utilize technology to achieve their goals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assess customer requirements and translate them into solution designs using TIER4’s vendor ecosystem
- Configure and validate solutions across networking, data protection, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure platforms
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations
- Conduct customer site visits for technical scoping, reviews, implementation, and support
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization services for customer environments (on-site and remote)
- Perform installation and technician-level operations including setup and management of endpoints, networking, and security tools
- Engage with channel and vendor account teams to scope and deliver tailored solutions
- Stay current on vendor certifications, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Represent at business and community events, technology conferences, and trade forum
