You’ll work closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, providing strategic tax planning and guidance that directly impacts wealth preservation and legacy planning.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage tax engagements for HNW/UHNW individuals and families
- Review and prepare complex federal and multi-state returns (individual, trust, estate, partnership)
- Provide strategic advice on income, estate, gift, and trust tax planning
- Serve as a trusted, year-round advisor to clients
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with legal and investment teams to deliver integrated solutions
What You Bring
- 8 years of progressive tax experience (public accounting or HNW advisory)
- Active CPA required
- Strong expertise in individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxation
- Proven client-facing and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities
- Experience with HNW/UHNW clients or family offices strongly preferred
- Demonstrated career stability and growth
Salary : $120,000 - $165,000
