What You’ll Do
The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and scalability of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise integrations.
This role will lead QA efforts across both manual and automated testing, validate complex integrations, and implement effective test data management strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong quality engineering mindset and hands-on experience in Salesforce testing environments.

Elevate Salesforce Quality
- Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies
- Ensure high-quality, stable, and scalable Salesforce releases
Accelerate Delivery Through Automation
- Expand and strengthen automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, API testing)
- Implement effective test data management, masking, and refresh strategies
Reduce Risk and Defects
- Validate end-to-end workflows, integrations, and data integrity
- Identify issues early in the Agile lifecycle
Drive QA Excellence
- Mentor junior QA engineers
- Improve QA processes, standards, and reporting
- Promote best practices in quality engineering
What You Can Expect
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Ensure data accuracy through strong test data management practices
- Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Support release validation and production readiness
- Provide process improvement recommendations
What You’ll Bring
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field
- 6 years of software QA experience
- 3 years of Salesforce testing experience
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Salesforce Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture (objects, flows, validation rules, integrations)
- Experience with Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud a plus)
- Proficiency in SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting
- Experience with sandbox environments and deployment processes
Testing & Automation
- Test automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
- API testing experience (Postman, REST tools)
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
Technical Skills
- Experience with object-oriented languages (Java, C#, Python)
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration testing
- Strong test data management and validation experience
- SQL and scripting knowledge for backend validation
