Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer (OmniStudio)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support complex enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a seasoned Salesforce professional who can effectively bridge business needs and technical solutions while helping drive overall Salesforce strategy and architecture.
The ideal candidate is more than a requirements gatherer or developer. They are a trusted advisor who seeks to understand underlying business objectives, evaluates multiple solution approaches, and designs scalable, sustainable solutions that align with long-term organizational goals. This individual should be comfortable reviewing existing solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing thoughtful recommendations that enhance system usability, performance, and maintainability.
A successful candidate will possess deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong development skills, extensive integration experience, and a proven ability to support complex implementations within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
As the primary Salesforce Administrator and Developer, this individual will oversee the administration, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce environments. Responsibilities include managing user access and security, creating reports and dashboards, supporting workflows and automation, troubleshooting issues, and responding to enhancement requests from business stakeholders.
The selected candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, manage development efforts, facilitate backlog grooming sessions, and ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives. They will also support platform integrations, perform regular system audits, participate in upgrade planning activities, and recommend improvements to existing architecture and business processes.
Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in evaluating and improving Salesforce implementations, helping to ensure solutions remain scalable, user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 7 years of Salesforce Development experience
- 4 years of hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio experience, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
- Strong experience developing complex Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Advanced Apex development experience
- Experience administering and developing solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and asynchronous technologies
- Experience supporting Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration initiatives
- Experience implementing and supporting WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience utilizing CI/CD development practices, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git-based version control systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to define and document requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience supporting K-12 education organizations
- Experience supporting public sector or government agencies
- Experience evaluating and improving third-party or vendor-developed Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and enterprise application design principles
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple integrations and stakeholder groups
