Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Implementation Manager to support one of our client’s top-priority enterprise initiatives — Drive Agility through Transformation for the Improve Developer Experience Program. This position will provide program-level leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure successful execution across multiple related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide program-level management support for a portfolio of strategic transformation projects.
- Identify, monitor, and manage inter- and intra-project dependencies, risks, and issues across the program.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, “back-to-green” plans, and provide executive-level status reporting.
- Collaborate closely with individual Project Managers on milestone dependencies, cross-project risks, and issue resolution.
- Lead and manage smaller initiatives that may impact or align with the broader program.
- Participate in and facilitate problem-solving sessions to support successful delivery across the program.
- Implementation of SaaS-based CI/CD orchestration.
- Migration of all Source Code Management to a single enterprise tool.
- Decommissioning of on-premises eJenkins CI/CD systems.
- Migration of Agile developer workflow and work management tools to a unified, SaaS-based platform.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise-level projects and programs.
- At least 3 years of recent experience working with cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
- PMP certification is required.
- Agile Scrum Master and SAFe certification strongly desired.
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional program delivery in highly complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly at the senior leadership level.
