Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, hands-on team responsible for managing data center assets, physical security, and lifecycle operations. This role requires experience in large-scale data center environments and a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote-hands support and respond to support tickets
• Perform Level 1 network support
• Test, clean, and maintain fiber and copper cables
• Install and maintain structured cabling systems
• Manage inventory and order materials as needed
• Rack and stack IT hardware
• Document issues and maintain records in DCIM (NetTerrain)
• Monitor facility systems and respond to abnormal conditions
• Collaborate with the CEE team as needed
• Handle inventory and shipping of network equipment
• Decommission returned hardware
