As an Authorized Dealer of Modula Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs), we help manufacturing, distribution, and service companies improve efficiency, save space, and optimize material handling. We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative with a background in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Materials Management, or Inventory Control. You don’t need extensive sales experience—we’ll teach you that. Bring your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, and we’ll provide the training to make you successful in technical solution sales.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
· Understand customer operations to recommend and design Modula VLM solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
· Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
· Prepare ROI analyses and professional sales proposals.
· Manage opportunities through the complete sales process.
· Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
· Travel within the territory (approx. 60-80%).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, or related field.
· 2–5 years of work experience (can include internships or co-op programs).
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
· Interest in developing a career in technical sales.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
