What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret training and program data to support leadership decision-making.
- Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses.
- Conduct statistical analysis and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
- Support certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation.
- Evaluate quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback.
- Create actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
- Maintain databases, records, and data standards.
- A detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that improve training programs and organizational performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables), Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
- Ability to build queries, analyze large datasets, and develop meaningful reports.
- Experience identifying trends, conducting research, and presenting findings.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years' Data Analysis experience
