Pay: $20 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | Full-TimeWe are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Warehouse Maintenance Technician / Handyperson to handle day-to-day upkeep, cleanliness, and minor repairs at our new refrigerated warehouse facility. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient operation while keeping the facility in like-new condition.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general facility maintenance: light repairs, patching, painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbingMaintain floors, walls, doors, curbs, lighting, and safety markingsOperate and maintain industrial floor scrubber to keep warehouse floors clean and sanitaryMaintain loading dock areas, exterior grounds, and dock equipmentEnsure restrooms and common areas are clean, functional, and stockedInspect and maintain cooler/freezer doors, seals, and strip curtains; remove minor ice buildupServe as on-site contact for refrigeration contractors and report system issuesKeep company vehicles clean and coordinate weekly fleet washingMaintain daily maintenance logs and manage supplies and toolsFollow safety protocols and report hazards or major repair needsQualificationsExperience as a maintenance technician, handyperson, or similar role (cold storage experience a plus)Skilled in general repairs, basic plumbing, and operating motorized cleaning equipmentValid driver’s license requiredForklift or scissor lift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Able to work independently with minimal supervisionPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environmentsCompany DescriptionWe are committed to providing personalized, high-quality staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each business we serve.
