What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Support- 2nd Shift position at Tier One Property Services?
2ND SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
MUST PASS DRUG SCREEN (THC INCLUDED) AND BACKGROUND CHECK
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED
THIS IS A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT POSITION!!
OPEN POSITIONS:
- Full-Time- 4:30pm-2am
- Weekends only
- Team Leads- 4pm-2am
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Production Support duties include driving new cars through the repair and shipping processes, applying protective shipping wrap to new cars, and apply grounding strips to bumpers before being painted
- The ability to drive a manual transmission is preferred but not required. Other duties to support the repair and shipping process of new cars may be added at any time
- Flexibility, should be able to work overtime with little/no notice for coverage when needed
- Must be able to work weekends with little/no notice
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Reach with hands and arms.
- May frequently need to stoop, kneel or crouch.
- MUST be able to stand on their feet in one spot and/ walk the production line back and forth for 8 hours
- MUST be team oriented as well as self-motivated and self-sufficient. Bring a positive attitude to work each day with the mindset to perform all duties
Other duties may be assigned as needed to help maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere. - EVERYONE works as one TEAM!
Honda Christmas Shutdown is paid for those associates who qualify. PTO and Holiday pay starts after 90 days of service for full time associates
Daily and weekend overtime maybe required depending on production needs
