What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening| Weekend Only| General Cleaner position at Tier One Property Services?
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. you'll be:
- Cleaning restrooms
- Cleaning offices
- Cleaning break areas/ Cafes
- Taking out the trash
- Sanitizing
- Dusting surfaces
- Sweeping/mopping floors
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required
- A pre-employment criminal background check and Drug Screen
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
- Reach with hand and arms
- Frequently stoop, kneel or crouch
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours a day
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs
- Must be team oriented as well as self-motivated

We are looking to add Part-time evening cleaning shift team The ideal candidates will have experience with general cleaning but is not required, floor care (Stripping, Waxing, Scrubbing, and Buffing) A good attendance record and reliable transportation. Individuals who can work independently and manage their time wisely, work and communicate well with others, have flexibility and have excellent attention to detail.
