What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chevron Phillips- Supervisor- (Pasadena, TX) position at Tier One Property Services?
The candidate must successfully complete a background check, drug test (including but not limited to a hair follicle, urine, and/or blood draw), safety and site exams, and possess a valid TWIC card and Driver's license to begin employment. The hiring process may take approximately two weeks.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:pm
Pay rate:$18 an hr
Key Functions include:
Supervisor works w/crew members to complete tasks, checks up on work assignments, provides training to other associates, checks supply inventory and works closely with the site manager and client regarding day to day operations of various sites.
- Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment
- Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies
- Breakroom / kitchenette cleaning including sinks, countertops, tables and appliances and replenishment of supplies
- Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
- Dusting of furniture and window treatments, High dusting of vents and light fixtures
- Light trash removal including emptying of waste baskets and recycling bins.
